Edwardsburg jumped out to a 26-7 lead on the road at St. Joseph and held on to beat the Bears 40-37 in a thriller at Dickinson Stadium in our Sports Michiana Game of the Week.

The Eddies took advantage of multiple first half turnovers by St. Joe to jump out a 20-7 lead at halftime before extending the lead to 19 in the 3rd quarter. But St. Joe would score 16 straight points to pull within 3 heading into the 4th quarter.

With the win, Edwardsburg improves to 2-0 on the season while the Bears fall to 0-2.
