The Saint Joseph football games is 6-0 to start a season for the first time since they won the state championship back 30 years ago.

The Huskies will play host to Riley Friday night in our Sports Michiana Game of the Week.

Darrick Lee’s Wildcats can spoil a lot in this game. Not only will Saint Joe be looking to stay undefeated, they will also look to remain tied with Penn at the top of the NIC standings. It will also be both Homecoming and Senior Night for Saint Joe, adding even more to the stakes.

Riley will also have revenge on its minds from a season ago. Saint Joe defeated Riley twice last season, including ending the Wildcats’ season in sectionals.

Kickoff is set for 7pm on Friday night. Pregame coverage on Sports Michiana will begin at 6:45pm.
