Love declares for NFL Draft

In a statement on social media Tuesday night, Notre Dame All-America running back Jeremiyah Love announced he has declared for the NFL Draft.
On Instagram, Love wrote “I know I am prepared for this moment because of the amazing people I have in my life and I want to thank them now.” Love went on to thank God, his parents, coaches, teammates, support staff and his fellow students.
Love closed his statement saying “It is with a wealth of gratitude I will take the mahy experiences Notre Dame has given me and apply those lessons learned as I move on to the next level. I look forward to representing my family and Notre Dame in the NFL.”
Love won the Doak Walker Award, bestowed to the nation’s outstanding college running back and finished third in the Heisman Trophy balloting. He finished his career with 2882 yards (1372 this season), 42 touchdowns (36 rushing, 6 receiving) and a career average of 6.7 yards per carry.
Love is widely regarded as the top running back for the draft and expected to goin the upper half of the first round.
