Our Lady of the Lake falls in MHSAA D4 volleyball championship
(Battle Creek) — Our Lady of the Lake HIgh School’s incredible volleyball run came to an end today in the MHSAA Division 4 state championship at Kellogg Arena.
The Lakers fell to defending state champion Clarkston Everett, 3-1, (25-23, 25-21, 21-25, 25-13). The win in Game Three was the first time Everett had lost a game all season.
The Lakers were the first team to win a game from Everett all season.
Congratulations to Erin Cashen’s Lakers on a tremendous 33-4-1 season and state runner-up honors!
