Thursday’s SW Michigan prep football scores
The Michigan high school football season kicked off Thursday night with nearly a full slate of games, as most schools try to leave an extra day for fans to enjoy Labor Day weekend.
The game of the night for area teams was in Charlotte, where Three Rivers survived in overtime to top Charlotte.
Meanwhile, Berrien Springs avenged an opening night loss from 2024, topping Kalamazoo United.
