Sports Michiana is excited to announce our broadcast schedule for the Sports Michiana Basketball Game of the Week. You can watch each game on our Sports Michiana Facebook & YouTube, WSBT’s Facebook & YouTube or IHSAATV.

It all tips off on December 2nd when Marian plays host to Goshen in boys basketball. Marian is coming off a 15-10 season a year ago while Goshen was 14-10. Both teams are expected to be serious contenders for sectional titles this season.

On December 5th, Triton will host NorthWood in a battle of neighboring schools. NorthWood was 19-5 while Triton was 23-5 a season ago.

On December 12th, the Game of the Week travels to Jimtown as the Jimmies host New Prairie in a game featuring new faces on the sideline. Jimtown is coming off a fabulous run to SemiState but now has a new head coach in Ryan Varga, who comes over from Washington. New Prairie has a promising junior class along with a first year head coach in former Penn and Bethel standout, Drew Lutz.

The 2025 portion of the broadcast schedule concludes on December 16th when Bremen hosts Culver Academies in girls basketball. The game will feature two programs that won sectional titles a year ago and could see even greater success this season.

We’ll start 2026 off with a blockbuster matchup as defending 3A State Champion Saint Joseph hosts city rival Riley on January 9th. Both teams won regional championships last year and with Saint Joe moving up a class to 4A, this game could determine the NIC Champion and be an early preview for a loaded 4A sectional.

Then the next night, we head to the Tiger Den as the Warsaw girls basketball team plays host to Northridge on January 10th in a game that should determine the NLC Champion. Warsaw went all the went to the state finals last year and has a lot back from that squad. Their biggest conference test will be Northridge.
