Irish men’s hoops wins 2nd straight
Braedon Shrewsberry scored 22 points and Tae Davis added 20 as the Irish men’s basketball team defeated Dartmouth 77-65 Wednesday night at Purcell Pavilion.
Notre Dame heads into an 11-day break winners of two straight following a 5-game losing streak. The Irish are 6-5 overall on the season.
Shrewsberry continued his hot shooting, making four 3-pointers in the game. Davis finished with a double double. In addition to his 20 points, he grabbed 10 rebounds.
Matt Allocco chipped in 16 points while dishing out five assists.
The Irish never trailed in the game and led for all but 17 seconds of the contest.
ND returns to action December 22nd at home against Le Moyne.
