It’s a top 15 showdown in the state of Indiana Tuesday as Class 4A #5 Penn hosts Class 3A #12 New Prairie in our Sports Michiana Game of the Week.

The Kingsmen are 18-4 overall and 10-0 in the Northern Indiana Conference. They hold a 2-game lead over New Prairie and Saint Joseph and will face the Cougars Tuesday and Wednesday and then Saint Joe for two games next week.

New Prairie can pull into a tie for 1st place in the NIC with wins Tuesday and Wednesday over Penn.

First pitch on Tuesday night at Greg Dikos Field at Penn High School is set for 5:30pm ET. Pregame coverage will begin at 5:15pm ET on Sports Michiana.
