Podcast: Notre Dame Building Momentum
On the October 6th, 2025 edition of Notre Dame Federal Credit Union’s Irish Football Fix, hosts Chuck Freeby and Angelo Di Carlo look at Notre Dame’s 28-7 win over Boise State that moves the Irish to 3-2.
In segment 1, the guys breakdown Notre Dame’s growing momentum and confidence on defense and as team as a whole. They update the injury report and discuss how critical Leonard Moore is to the defense. Offensively, they air some grievances with play calling and Notre Dame getting a little to ‘cute’ in its play calling. And they discuss the large number of penalities.
In segment 2, we look at the highly growing optimism from the Irish fans on whether think Notre Dame can run the table.
