Senior Bryson Wilson struck out five batters and gave up just one unearned run in six innings of work while also driving in two runs, including the game ending run, as Goshen rolled to a 11-1 win over Warsaw Wednesday night in our Sports Michiana Game of the Week.

The RedHawks are now 2-0 in Northern Lakes Conference play after upending the defending conference championship. Goshen improves to 6-2 overall.

The RedHawks jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the 1st before Warsaw got a run back in the 2nd. Goshen busted the game open in the 4th inning, scoring four runs without a single ball ever leaving the infield.

Wilson was stellar throughout and was our Reliance Player of the Game. He worked his way out of his only jam of the night in the 6th inning and then ended the game with an RBI sacrifice fly as Goshen won in 6 innings.

Warsaw falls to 1-1 in NLC play.
